Job Description
Build and lead a team of housekeeping staff, in offering customers great cleaning solutions on the client’s premises.
Team Management including hiring.
Responsible for site safety procedures and norms as per standards and client safety policy.
Site observations and providing resolutions for complaints.
Effective response to client complaints and management of emergencies.
Implementation of checklist and periodical review at site.
Reporting to senior management on key issues, implementations, constraints and proposals for continuing improvements.
Implementation and updating of processes and SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures)
Responsible for preventative maintenance activities at the site and for RVL assets like equipment, tools etc.,
Responding to e-mail/ calls professionally (internal and external) to maintain a good relationship with customers.
Responsible to provide data reports periodically to management and maintaining confidentially.
