Job Description
We are currently looking for an HR recruiter/Sourcer who will work closely with Scalene works to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach.
*Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement*Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking
sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
*Co-ordination with the candidates and clients for suitability*Coordinate post-selection and offer Until Joining
Skills:
QUALIFICATION: ANY DEGREE(MBA IS PREFERRED)EXPERIENCE: 0-3 YEARSSALARY:12000-25000

Required Candidate profile
- Should be able to join Immediate
- Should be available for immediate personal Interview in COIMBATORE
- Should be a Graduate
- Should be able to travel to work when required
- Should be open to work for IT and Non-IT skillset
- Should have hands-on experience in Bulk hiring/Volume hiring
- Should have experience in offer negotiating and closing
- Should be able to collect and process documents.
- FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TOO
Skills:
- Active, Quick learner, Self-motivated, self-driven & possess positive attitude.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be Multilingual.
