Senior Recruiter - Non-IT Job at Karol Bagh, New Delhi
- Graduation Only | 2 yrs to 4 yrs exp |
- 18 - 28 yrs age only-Male Preferred
- Salary ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 Monthly
- Interview 15 to 19 March,19

- Shift Timings:-10:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Weekly Working Days:- 6 Days

Selection Criteria:-
- 1)Graduation degree mandatory
- 2)2 yrs to 4 yrs of experience as Human Resource (HR) in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO mandatory
- 3)Freshers can apply
- 4)Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak
- 5)Not be a Shouldn't be a frequent job hopper
- 6)Ability to connect with job seekers and Counsell effectively
Job Description:-
- HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening of candidates for all non-IT profiles from blue-collar/entry-level to leadership-level requirements.
- Must know how to source relevant candidates using online portals viz. Naukri, Shine, Monster, Linkedin etc
- Must know how to effectively post jobs on online portals.
