  • End to end recruitment (Need major contribution in IT Hiring)
  • Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection
  • Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Head Hunting, LinkedIn, Referencing, Personal Networking, etc.
  • Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience, consistency in projects and team size etc.
  • Short listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and final closure.
  • Job Timing- 09:30 To 6:30 Pm
  • Working Days-6 Days
