End to end recruitment (Need major contribution in IT Hiring)
Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection
Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Head Hunting, LinkedIn, Referencing, Personal Networking, etc.
Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience, consistency in projects and team size etc.
Short listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and final closure.
Job Timing- 09:30 To 6:30 Pm
Working Days-6 Days
