- End to End Recruitment
- Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals(Naukri.com/Monster/Timesjob/LinkedIn) and creating Email templates.
- Identifying and Screening the most suitable candidates by reviewing their CVs.
- Scheduling Interviews & taking proper Follow-up.
- Creating Daily and Monthly reports about all the process details.
- Interview Coordination & Salary discussion & negotiation Administrative support for Recruitment
- Coordinate with the vendors & background verification of new joiners
- Coordinating interviews with Hiring manager On-boarding & orientation
- Candidate Qualification
- Good Communication
