Responsibilities and Duties

Job description:

• Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
  
• Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.
• Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD.

• Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
  
• Coordinating with the candidates till they are on board.
  

• Minimum 6 months of experience in hiring. 
• Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
• Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
• Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
• Must be fluent in English communication.
• Experience in using MS Excel
