We are looking for young and passionate HR personal who would like to further grow in the realm of HR.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job description:
- Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
- Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.
- Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD.
- Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
- Coordinating with the candidates till they are on board.
Skills & experience required:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in hiring.
- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Experience in using MS Excel
