Job Description
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
- Responsible to handle the end to end recruitments for the internal vacancy.
- Understanding vacancy details.
- Interact with different agencies to acquire resumes for various positions
- Writing job adverts and posting them on newspaper and online job boards.
- Scheduling selection process / interview call.
- Negotiating with candidates.
- Ensure the candidates join the company thereby completing the recruitment life cycle.
- Completing Joining formalities.
- Managing various Operational work like maintaining new employees personal files. Opening their salary accounts, issuing of Offer& Appointment letters.
- Organizing induction ceremonies.
- Complete all employment verifications.
- Attending exit interviews.
