Job Description
- MBA HR EXP-0-4years
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment Cycle across levelsBulk Hiring basis requirements
- Administering post-interview formalities such as conducting reference checks, salary negotiation, and issuance of offer letter.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departmental heads for assessing their manpower requirements and maintaining a data bank of potential candidates.
- Induction and joining formalities
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)Business acumen and market insight
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Employee Relations & Engagement Planning and organizing monthly events and festival celebrations
- Grievance Handling and resolving employee queries
- MIS Maintaining
- MIS Reports on a periodic basis with regards to Recruitment Analysis, Exit Summary & Monthly.
