- Sourcing & screening candidates (job portals, networking, referrals)
- Source & recruit candidates by using data basics social media.
- Conducting interview & filtering candidates.
- Managing all operation and day to day activity in the office.
- Monitoring all employees work.
- Implement performance review procedures.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing for hiring requirements .
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Manage employees grievances.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
