Day to Day Responsibility :
Recruitment :
- Sourcing the candidates through various sources for suitable profiles.
- Answering candidate's queries
- Co-ordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Following up with candidates.
- Updating and maintaining the database, generating daily reports and updating them.
- Screening the profiles as per client's requirements.
- Updating interview feedback to candidates
- Any graduate
- Min 6 months of experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of using various job portals.
