We are looking for a HR Executive
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
- Should be able to meet manpower requirements on time.
- Handling payroll and compliance.
- Handling end to end recruitment and HR Operations for the site.
- Meeting monthly hiring numbers.
- Taking corrective actions to control attrition of the cente.
- Responsilbe for Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Meetings, Training and Interviews, Managing Staff Salary, Pf, Bonus, Solving Employees Problems.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
