We are looking for a HR Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
• Should be able to meet manpower requirements on time. 
• Handling payroll and compliance. 
• Handling end to end recruitment and HR Operations for the site. 
• Meeting monthly hiring numbers. 
• Taking corrective actions to control attrition of the cente. 
• Responsilbe for Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Meetings, Training and Interviews, Managing Staff Salary, Pf, Bonus, Solving Employees Problems.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
