Job Description

Aztar Union had been incorporated in the year 1990, running successively for more than twenty years, begun his journey in 1989 and later founded the corporation by non-other than stepping stone magnate Mr Syed Taruj Ahmed. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Participating in the recruitment process.

· Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.

· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.

· Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.

· Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).

· Timings, Attendance and Leaves Management of Employees.

· Design compensation and benefits packages.

· Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.

· Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.

· Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).

· Handling the payroll.

Key Skills:

· Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

· Demonstrable leadership abilities.

· Solid communication skills.

Qualification: MBA Hr.

Work Timing: 9.30am - 6.00pm.

Location: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

Salary: 6k-10k per month.
