Job Description:
- Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
- Take full briefs for each vacancy, taking time to understand the needs of the hiring manager.
- Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources.
- Coordinating with Campus and creating pool of candidates.
- Build knowledge of the competitor market and identify strong talent in the marketplace; tracking and maintaining contact with these candidates directly
- Constructing briefs / role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting telephone screening interviews,
- Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers
- Providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates
- Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
- Setting up and updating a recruitment database to accurately record candidate activity
Requirements:
Full time Post Graduate in Human Resources with 1-3yrs of core recruitment experience in hiring for Non-tech roles.
- Must have handled volume recruitment and strong hands on experience in job portals.
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating candidate needs.
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues
- Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
- Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
· Must have intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
