  • Job Description, updating the same from time to time.
  • Creating Detailed Manual for every position for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Activities, how to act and respond in various situations, do’s and don’ts, policy for leaves, reporting formats and verification systems.
  • Making NDA and Non-compete Agreements (English and Hindi) and getting it
  • signed from each employee.
  • Recruitment Formats – Application formats for various positions, candidate testing and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection, their analysis formats before hiring, documentation process when hired, training manual for each Position and dress code for each position. 
  • Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Experience letters, I Cards, Visiting Cards, Employment confirmation letters to existing employees for finance/loan purpose, Format for conducting exit interviews, Reliving Letters
  • Assets Handover and counter guarantee Cheque by employee.
  • Asset handling guidelines.
  • Mobile number Handover and indemnity bond of misuse of mobile phone number.
  • IT Policy for servers, internet usage, HD drive, Pen drive, Mobile phone etc.
Managing hiring process - Maintains organization staff requirements and its strength.
  • Sending Manpower requirements to Placement Consultants
  • Posting manpower requirements on online portals.
  • Sorting resumes received for suitable candidates
  • Conducting first round of interviews. Forwarding suitable candidate resumes to management with recommendations.  Conducting final round of interviews and selecting appropriate candidates.Negotiating and finalising salary/offer. Cross confirming Candidates Background on various points -Old Companies – Confirming Permanent Address and Temporary Address- Confirming from two References given by candidate – Checking /informing candidates criminal records by writing to concerned police stations – Checking other documents submitted by Candidate.   Giving Offer letter to candidate and getting acknowledgement from him.
  • Giving letter of appointment after successful joining of the candidate. 
  • Giving and organisation overviews, taking him on round in office and ware house. Introducing him to everyone in the company. Giving him relevant literatures for studying.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Managing Statuary Compliances - Handling and managing all national, local or state statutory legal compliances.  Provident Fund, ESIC, other registers and systems as required by law and benefit of organisation. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Representing organisation for legal hearings/cases at various levels.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Creating the R-Culture, Search Right People, Recruit them and retain them.
Other Responsibilities
  • Administrative responsibilities – for all the working areas of company. 
  • Anything related to Manpower/ Infra/ Facilities/ Amanities/ Hygine /Health / Organisation Culture/ Discipline etc. 
  • Suggesting  solutions for improvement  of Visual/Professional/ Behavioural projection of  Organisation Image (for Manpower, Interior/Machines/Crockery’s/ Serving/ Body Language/ Table wares/ Filings or Table Cleanliness/, Infrastructure and Interiors, Stationery and Others, Communication and Culture.
  • Managing Social Media Platforms for our Organisation Like Website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slide Share, What’s App, Blogs and Online Directories overall increasing awareness to the world about us.
  • Managing correct details (VAT, TIN, Address, Mobile, email etc...) of our Vendors and clients and connecting with clients on Social Media.
  • Managing timely Reviews and Audits for Sales, Assets, Mis-hire Cost, Production/Inventory, legal documents like validity of rent agreements and its renewal, validity of licenses and their renewal, validity of Trade Marks and their renewals, Financial systems like Filling systems, Payments, Receipts, Fixed Cost Sheet, Post Dated Cheques Security systems, Debtors and Creditors status
  • Handling legal and valid status of our Agreements for Rent, Sales and purchase of products and services, NDA and Non Compete Agreement, Loan Agreements.
  • PA to Director
  • Following up entire team for their Daily assignments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
