JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
· To handle end to end recruitment
· Recruiting, training and management of personnel
· Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
· Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
· Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
· Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
· Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
· Managing employee engagement activities
· Contacts applicants reference and perform background checks required by the company
Work experience
· Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
· Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
· Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
