Job Description
- Implement HR programs, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits and conduct new-employee orientations. Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Involve in records management, employee relations, EEO and other labor laws compliance, completing personnel transactions, monitor the performance evaluation program.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results in relation to established goals.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Taking care of all compliance.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
