Job Description

Manage the overall human resources services and policies and programs for our company and manage the all office administrative work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

End to end recruitment
Sourcing candidates
Screening and shortlisting suitable profile against the requirement in the company
Interviewing candidates
Salary negotiation and fixation of selected candidates
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details and database.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Should be a quick learner with great comprehension level.
Any graduate can apply.
Should be analytical & detail oriented.
Should display the ability to assimilate Information& follow through to closure.
Good spoken & written English.
Good knowledge of Job Portals, MS. Office, Excel.
