Job Description

- Designation - HR Executive
- Recruitment
- Responsible for managing the Sourcing, Vendor Management, Screening, Scheduling & Employee Referral Sourcing.
- Responsible for sourcing profiles from various job boards like naukri, monster and other networking sites like linked in, face book etc.
- Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of junior, middle and senior level professionals.
- Making offer to candidates selected in the interview process, salary negotiations and taking care of the entire process till candidates' on board the organization.
- Conduct the Initial HR interview to collect details like technology, employment details, educational details, project details, CTC, Exp CTC, notice period etc.
- Salary fitment, offer release. And discussion on competitive offers.
- Involve in collecting background verification papers, ID, Educational certificates verification.
- Explain about contract & bond if required to the candidates with respect to clients.
- Induction & Joining Formalities. Performance Management System. Compensation and Benefits. Exit Management and other HR Operations.
- Salary – Up to 22K
- Shift- Day Shift
- Only Female candidate Require
- Fluency In English
