HR Executive
(Female) _ Urgent Hiring is going on in No.1 Leading Hosiery Manufacturing
Company in Kolkata.
Qualification
: MBA-HR is preferable
Experience :
minimum 6 months Year of experience in factory is must
CTC:- 25 KPM
Salary : 90,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.

Job Responsibilities
1.Recruitment
- Coordination with IE team & understanding their requirements for workers.
- Resourcing, screening & short listing resumes through internal references & drop in CVs.
- Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
- Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
- Handling bulk recruitment when necessary.
- Conducting personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
- Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining
- formalities and documentation.
2. Training& Development
- Scheduling & arranging training while coordinating with departmental heads.
- Identification of Training needs.
- Motivating the workers in doing their work more skil fully.
- Giving them training on hygiene, competencies & cleanliness.
