Job Description
1. Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
2. Manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
3. Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
4. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
5. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
6. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
7. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
8. Should be good at drafting.
