Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handling all HR activities like joining formalities, exit formalities, employee management, leave management, recruitment, employee performance evaluation, payroll management, etc.
Co-ordinating with Managers to create culture that supports business
Utilizing HR metrics to analyze performance
Representing business interests and facilitating support for all HR activities
Ensuring resolution for employee grievances
Analyzing exit interviews and taking effective measures to control attrition rate
Conceptualizing and providing effective training to improve employee performance
Ensuring employee engagements activities are organized at regular intervals.
