Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Creating & maintaining Data base.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.
- Generate new ideas of hiring and implement the same.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics.
- Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be MBA with exceptionally good communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience 0-1 year
- Should be able to meet deadlines.
- Should have good market knowledge and bring new initiatives of hiring different profiles.
- Should have the capability of an individual contributor+Team Manager.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills..
