Job Description
We at, Canvas Craft Media, are looking for an HR , having knowledge of End to End recruitment process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding Job requirements and screening best suitable candidates based on educational, technical and communication skills.
- Scheduling telephonic and F2F interview rounds.
- Participation in Planning and Drafting of Company Policies.
- Managing Employee Payrolls and Salaries
- Planning and Execution of Religious and Cultural events.
The main responsibility will be of recruitment.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of different job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of MIS Reports & Grievance Handling.
- Should have a basic understanding of Income Tax and withholding of taxes.
- Outspoken and Confident Personality having Strong Communiation Skills.
