- We have an urgent opening at our head office Mohali for HR Executive role.
- Male candidates only.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle for IT positions.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portal.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Knowledge of head hunting, using social networking sites for sourcing
- Fluent in using job portals
- Excellent in communication
- Comfortable in campus recruitment, lateral hiring.
- Should be MBA in Human Resources
