- Able to data entry and back office process like online search and analysis
- Able to communicates with clients and coordinates for their requirements
- Able to do online posts / advertisements to get relavant cvs of candidates
- Understand the needs of clients and source cvs as per requirements of clients
- Able to use naukri and moster portal for online cv search
