Job Description
- Hiring for Fresher to Experienced HR & Admin Executive Candidates for Borivali.
- Company: Marketing (FUNDreamz Global Marketing Pvt Ltd.)
- Fresher to Experience ( 1+ year and 2+ years).
- Salary: 10000/- TO 18000/- PM. (Depend on interview.)
- HR 1st round of Interview.(Telephonic Interview, collecting and verifying basic information’s)
- Sourcing CV’s from job portal
- Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of managers.
- Co-ordinating with candidates for interview
- Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries
- Conducting Induction/Orientation Program for new joinees.
- Issuing ID cards and opening salary accounts of the employees.
- Preparing offer letter.
- Preparing Manpower report and a compiled Monthly HR Report every month.
- Completing the joining formalities such as Bank Account opening form.
- Initiating foe completing joining formalities e.g (Documentation).
- Preparing identification cards for staff.
- Maintaining attendance sheet and processing attendance sheet for salary payment.
- Handling salary process based on input shared
