Job duties & Responsibilities

Human Resources is a vital function of all services businesses. We have a team strength of 110 people and are growing month on month to expand the team. The day-to-day activities of an HR Executive include –

Recruitment

·         Sourcing right talent through various mediums/source of recruitment

·         Interviewing candidates to understand their fit as per the role and company culture

·         Closure of positions within defined TAT

·         Maintaining HR MIS Reports and Daily, Weekly & Monthly

Employee Onboarding

·         Conducting joining formalities, on-boarding, documentation of the new joinees

·         Implementing induction program for the new joinees - co-ordinate with IT Department, Operations Department
