Job Description
- Sourcing candidates as per client requirement.
- Independently handle clients.
- Assessing the candidates based on the requirement.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Conduct salary negotiations with the shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle for all levels.
- Understanding job description and job specification of assigned position.
- Sourcing resumes from portals, references, consultancy database etc.
- Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client.
- Negotiate salary with candidates, engaging the candidates until they join the clients.
