Job Location : kandivali,Mumbai
- Handling end to end recruitment
- Mapping,sourcing and screening of resumes as per the job description provided by the client
- Recruitment counseling through various job portals like naukri , times job
- Developing good understanding of client, industry, work culture and environment
- Briefing the candidate on the job responsibilities , salary and benefits of the job
- Negotiating salary structures
- Lining up of interviews
- Conveying feedback to candidates
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process
