- Onboarding & Exit Formalities
- Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter, relieving letter.
- Maintaining Employee record and Leave record
- Maintaining salary register
- Handling employee queries and grievance related to payroll and leave
- Leave management
- Preparing Salary inputs
- Checking & Processing monthly salary bills for housekeeping, security guards etc.
- Vendor Management
- Travel & hotel bookings for guest & employee
- Handling vendors
- Issued ID card
- Checking & Processing monthly bills
- Handling admin activities. for hotel & travel.
- Managing employee engagement programs.
