Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Retrieve and compile information in relevant shortlisted resumes and present it to concerned Department /Functional Head.
  • Coordinate with candidates and prepare interview schedule.
  • Prepare documentation required for the interview process.
  • Ensure complete documentation for selected candidate.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation process for the new employee.
  • Leave and Attendance Maintenance and prepare data for salary processing Collecting attendance data from HO as well as various sites.
  • Cross check attendance data with biometric machine reports and security report.
  • Keep leave records up to date.
  • Prepare attendance and leave data in a specific format required for salary processing.
  • Assist HR Manager in HR Operational issues. Capture employee data on the HR information System and update the same time to time.
  • Track employees due for confirmation and inform Manager - HR employees due for confirmation.
  • Coordinate and document employee exit process as per policy
  • Support Manager - HR in all employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate any training initiative taken by management.
  • Policies & Processes Ensure all HR Policies & processes are implemented and 0 non conformances are reported in HR audit/Internal Audit.
  • Ensure all HR Policies are updated as and when required and reviewed annually.
  • Ensure that the employee manual is updated with relevant information at all times.
  • Employee Grievance Handling Constantly interacts with employees in HO and employees on site during monthly site visits and communicate feedback to management in Monthly meetings with a plan of action.
  • Employee Grievance redressal with an action plan to eliminate issues.
  • Provide insights on employee retention based on inputs received during exit interview of separating employees.
  • Employee Training & Development Understand training needs of the employees through Department Heads and Functional Head, requirements raised in performance appraisal or confirmation.
  • Based on identified training needs design, implement and evaluate training plan for the year.
  • Achieve yearly goal of training man-day for each department.
