End to End recruitment across all the levels for assigned clients / industry.
Understand the requirements through face to face meetings / Conference calls with Client HR Team.
Complete the on boarding process on provided deadlines.
Responsible for Screening, Sourcing, primary Shortlisting, and Scheduling for further technical/management interviews, documentation, relieving on time, on boarding process.
