Strategic Responsibilities:

• Fine-tuning, advising management, adding new policies & processes and implementing the current organization policies & processes.
• Be a social media champion for the company and make the company attractive to the potential employees by  crafting compelling.
•  Fine-tune and modernize Performance Management System.
• Fine-tuning the entire training, Reward & Compensation framework within the organization.
• Renew Employee Engagement, Relations & Welfare Management.
•  Internal Employee Communication:  Spearhead and support regular customer communications - Develop and  implement internal communications strategy.
• Fine-tune the entire training, Reward & Compensation to make it more compelling and attractive.
•  Work with senior leaders and Managers to develop strategies and demonstrable links between HR policies and their strategic goals
•  Provide templates, processes and tools for all key HR processes.
• Run an entire payroll system on a timely basis which needs to be automated.

Knowledge and Skills Set required

• Human Resources with resourcing background and experience / exposure in resourcing business, fine-tuning HR processes, training and development and employee communications skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
• The capability and exposure to alleviate the company’s position in social media, blogging and prospective future employees.
•  Preferably worked in the IT resourcing with an small or medium sized IT software and services company
• Ability to work independently and make decisions that are consistent with the culture and business strategies of the company
• Willingness to change, flexible
• Able to work in an open, business focused environment and be able to communicate clearly and concisely
