Duties and responsibilities:

Setting up, execution of recruitment strategies and HR processes.
Recruitments and hiring as per requirements.
Developing relationships with universities and creating pool of talent.
Exploring innovative hiring channels, strategies and using them to hire the best talent.
Onboarding, orientation and mentoring of new team members.
Management of attendance, payroll and other HR functions including but not limited to handling employee grievances,managing employee welfare activities and performance.
General management and getting to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions .
Perform an array of administrative tasks (manage facilities & equipments, office requirements, calendars, meetings, accounts, visitors etc ) and handling of Day-to-Day secretarial Work.
