Job Description
Responsibility of the HR recruiter is to seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position. Sourcing, Calling and finding the best fit as per requirement. Attract and hire candidates through various channels and ensure timely hiring of the candidate. Potential employee screening through Job Portals like Naukri and Monster, Head Hunting, References, Social Media etc... Screen incoming resumes and Job applications. Schedule interviews and follow up on the interview schedules. Regular Follow-Ups. Required Candidate profile Desired candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in handling Recruitments. Good communication in English.
