Develop a recruitment and selection process.
Exploring and sourcing candidates from various modes: Job Portals, Social Media
Scheduling and conducting interviews
Creating recruitment and employee-related documents
Contact references, Perform background checks and maintaining proper documentation
Handling joining formalities and employee orientation.
Maintaining attendance of all staff.
Maintenance of employees personal record and attendance.
Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
Ensuring administrative operational easy workflow environment and creating a work culture
Coordinating the complete recruitment cycle.
Maintaining employee-related compliances.
