Job Description
- Managing the End to End recruitment life cycle, this includes: understanding the requirement, analyzing, sourcing, headhunting, screening, recruiting, negotiation and closing.
- Reviewing resumes and applications - Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Working with each department and analyze their Manpower requirement to source candidates for specific job positions
- Conducting employee orientation & Training and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database of Recruitment & other HR related work.
- To provide all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Conduct Employee Engagement Activities & Mailing all HR related Circulars.
- Helping and assisting manager in all HR related activities
