Job Description
We are looking for self-driven, energetic, sharp and committed individuals who can join us on a journey to make this the most sought-after homegrown consulting outfit in India. Besides being part of client engagements, hired candidates will be expected to participate in organization building including Business Development and policy & systems creation for Takshashila, exposure you will not receive at any other firm so early in your tenure.
Responsibilities:
- S/he will be required to work on HR activities like recruitment, orientation and induction, performance management, staff development and training and compensation management.
- S/he will be responsible for providing effective and satisfactory support without sacrificing compliance with our policies, systems and procedures.
- Identifying and shortlisting effective/relevant CVs for any position with an overall objective of finding the best fit for the position.
- Carry out all recruitment related plans effectively with a decrease in the TAT,in collaboration with the respective Hiring Managers.
- Facilitates the induction to new hires are carried out effectively and they are handed over relevant reference materials.
- Lead the exit process and support the teams with the analysis around attrition.
- Carry out campus selection procedure whenever required and ensure talent pool is created with a robust selection process.
- Ensure timely completion of the Annual Performance review process.
- Provide monthly/weekly reporting through HR Dash board, and provide the data driven analytics on the hiring function.
- Beyond recruitments, work with Director HR in taking on activities related to strategic HR and steer them forward.
- Masters/Post Graduate Degree in a field with relevance to the position such as behavior science, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Work, Sociology.
- Atleast 1-4 years’ experience
- Leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural teams
- Ability to support staff from a distance
- Strong IT/web based application skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English
- Excellent team player with a commitment to team building.
- Motivates and supports team members as and when required.
- Problem solving, decision making and delegation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
