- Keeping Up to date data of the employees, candidates and training programme participants.
- Shortlisting candidates as per requirement. Telephonic Interviews, Keeping records(Leaves,Payroll etc.
- Issuing, Appointment Letters ,offer letters ,exit Interviews,warning letters, Evaluation forms of executed training programmes, making of training presentations, handout designing, client & trainer coordination, data security Etc.
- Login in HR sites and forums to keep up with industry trends.
