Job Description

Eligibility Criteria: MBA in HR with 60% from 2019 batch.

Job description:

Maintain and update internal database of new joiner
Employee personal file maintenance.
Gather data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts for payroll.
Co-ordinate trainings
Assist HR Manager in daily transaction jobs.
Address employee queries about benefits (like R&R, leaves, attendance etc.)
Support and co-ordinate in organizing company events and other etc.

Job Location: Hyderabad and Pune

Salary: 3.0 LPA

Note: They will have 3 months internship with is initially, post that based on their performance they will be converted (Post confirmation the Package will be 3LPA).
