Job Description
- Department: Human Resource
- Job Title: HR Executive / HR Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee database.
- Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
- Conducting recruitment, induction and joining formalities for new joinees.
- Payroll & Salary Administration .
- Grievance handling of any employees and organise staff meetings.
- Organising employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate and conduct performance appraisal of employees.
- Issuing offer letter, appointment letters etc..
- Qualification: MBA – HR or any equivalent degree.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years experience in the field of Human Resources.
- Should have good communication, networking & analytical skills.
- Be confident & pleasing personality.
- Be discreet and maintain confidentiality .
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
- Additional Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
