Job Description

Mass recruitment
Develop HR Policies(code of conduct, Recruitment, attendance, leave ,penalty ,increment) and streamline the Management Processes. 
 Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) 
 Source potential candidates on platforms like Head Hunting, LinkedIn, Naukri and other sources. 
 Internal, External Sources of Recruitment and comparing Criteria given By Concern Person.  Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement 
 Induction, Orientation, Counseling, Providing Letters on Joining - increment - appreciation - warning - termination. 
 Training module making - and implementation
