Urgent Requirement of HR Executive

Skills:

  • Having good knowledge of HR from all aspects.
  • Proficient at MS Office & other IT technologies to do things efficiently & effectively.
  • Must be able to drive independently all HR and Admin functions. Committed and passionate towards work.
  • Experience in IT recruitment will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying/foresee open positions, find the right talents, and handle complete talent acquisition.
  • Managing monthly payroll management.
  • Issuing Offer, appointment, experience, relieving, and other letters to employees.
  • Managing day-to-day routine tasks like Attendance, Leave management, admin-related works, expense list etc.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and other celebrations for employees.
  • Manage and maintain stock and equipment.
  • Maintain office culture and environment.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience

Another requirement:

  • Only female candidates preferred
  • Surat-based local candidates are preferred
