Urgent Requirement of HR Executive
Skills:
- Having good knowledge of HR from all aspects.
- Proficient at MS Office & other IT technologies to do things efficiently & effectively.
- Must be able to drive independently all HR and Admin functions. Committed and passionate towards work.
- Experience in IT recruitment will be added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying/foresee open positions, find the right talents, and handle complete talent acquisition.
- Managing monthly payroll management.
- Issuing Offer, appointment, experience, relieving, and other letters to employees.
- Managing day-to-day routine tasks like Attendance, Leave management, admin-related works, expense list etc.
- Organize employee engagement activities and other celebrations for employees.
- Manage and maintain stock and equipment.
- Maintain office culture and environment.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience
Another requirement:
- Only female candidates preferred
- Surat-based local candidates are preferred
