Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening profiles matching the requirement criteria. This would include searching of right candidates from various methods like job portals, social media.
- Ready to take up challenges and work in flexible environment.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Work in various documentation activities, like preparation of JDs, candidate evaluation reports / profiles etc.
- Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have good convincing and analysing Skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good Computer Knowledge.
