Job Description
JOB PROFILE/AUTHORITY RESPONSIBILITY:
- The Executive HR is responsible for providing support in the various HR functions which include recruitment, staffing, training & development, employee counseling, implementing and monitoring company rules & regulations, documentation regarding HR database, Job Descriptions, performance reviews etc.
TECHNICAL FUNCTION:
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Assisting for disciplinary and grievance handling procedures
- Follow up for Labour Licenses and Site Registration Certificates
- Co-ordinate recruitment related activities
- Corresponds with job applicants, cross checking their details, acceptance, rejection, interviewing
- Participates in preparing job descriptions, competencies and ensures that they are preserved properly and easily accessible hen need arises
- Responsible for attendance generation and salary preparation of site personnel, staff and labourers
- Initiate when require & follow up in disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Facilitates in designing HR/ Company manual/ performance management related activities
- To actively participate initiating, developing and maintaining the HR systems and policies across the organization
- Supervising the administrative work
- Explaining and resolving queries related to HR /company policies
- Design induction program for new employee in the cadre of trainees and executives
- Arrangement of Training programmes, collecting & analysing the feedback
- Supervising drivers and office peons
- Participating induction of the new joinee
- Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels
- Ensures that employee’s personal details are accurately recorded in personal file and employee’s database is timely updated
- Ensures that all records relating to interviews, leave, appraisals, training etc. are properly and accurately updated & maintained
- Collecting data relating to Performance Appraisal Process
- Preparing and mailing HR related internal correspondence
- Filing employee’s personal records & Leave records accurately in personal file and softcopy.
- Filing, Scanning, and updating all the documents related to insurance of man, material, vehicle, projects etc.
- Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; attending the telephone; relaying messages etc
- Assist in timely gathering data related to attendance of site personnel and staff
- Take initiative in organizing employee engagement activities
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure and well maintained
- Uniform administration and records for the same
- Meeting arrangements (Projector, Computer, refreshments etc)
- Execution of TAT for appointment
- Prompt execution of training program and engagement activities
- No computation errors in payroll and wages and timely submission to accounts team.
- Total compliance of HR system as per the competency manual

ULTRA TECH TRANSMISSIONS is engaged in construction of EHV transmissions lines and has executed over nearly 700 Circuit Kms of Transmissions lines from 66 KV to 400 KV and has earned a reputation for On-time Performance since its inception.
In addition, Ultra Tech’s Promoter, Mr. Rajnikant Mandavia, a graduate engineer, in his capacity as Head of Projects Management of Urja Engineers Ltd. has executed more than 2000 Kms of Projects of EHV Transmission Lines (List of Projects enclosed for reference).
The Projects executed by Ultra Tech and include Projects of New Transmission Lines as well as many critical works like Work of Renovation of Transmission Lines involving Dismantling of Line Materials; Strengthening of old towers wherever necessary, and replacement of Hardware, Insulators, Earth wire & Conductor in HOT LINE/COLD LINE conditions of more than 35 years old lines; critical post-accident restoration; as well as Projects of Re-routing & Diversions of lines up to 400 KV capacity.
