Job Description
After getting the requirement from the respective Store & vertical.Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.Resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resume through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.Short listing the resumes based on desired skills and experience. Advertising vacancies, screening, and shortlisting resumes. Conducting Personal interviews in coordination with department heads. Responsible for background verification cases for new Joined and verification of previous company. After selection performing the formalities like documents submission, reference verification, Joining Form and Induction. On the joining day, conducting their Induction and Introduction, Fingerprint ID generation. (Induction & Joining Formalities)Introduction with the Management and communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels
