Job Description:
- End to end recruitment process screening of CV, conducting 1st round interview (Telephonic & Personal),
- Facilitating On boarding (Pre joining formalities, joining formalities up to Employee account creation, allocation of ID card.)
- Issuing all kinds of letters to employee following with complete documentation procedure.
- Complete Exit formalities for employees.
- Routine work Daily attendance, Leave Management System and update during payroll.
- Maintaining Employee database.
- Record Management.
Education:
- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Experience: Fresher
Candidate from central line will be prefer.
