HR Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment websites.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for candidate assessments.
-
Conduct initial HR rounds (telephonic or in-person) to assess communication and culture fit.
-
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
-
Manage the onboarding process: documentation, induction, system login, ID cards, and training coordination.
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, job roles, salary revisions, leaves, and appraisals.

Organize and maintain digital and physical HR files in accordance with company policies.

Handle letters such as experience certificates, salary certificates, promotion letters, and warning notices.

Ensure timely updates of employee master data in HRMS/ERP systems.
3. Payroll & Attendance Support
-
Assist in monthly payroll processing in coordination with the accounts/finance team.
-
Maintain attendance and leave records; process leave applications, absenteeism, and shift changes.
-
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, PF/ESI contributions, bonuses, and reimbursements.

Help manage full & final settlements and exit formalities for resigning employees.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
-
Coordinate employee engagement programs, team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and festival events.
-
Handle internal communication, including HR policies, notices, and circulars.

Address day-to-day employee queries related to leaves, salary slips, policies, and HR procedures.

Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
5. Compliance & Legal Documentation
-
Maintain statutory compliance records including PF, ESI, professional tax, and labor laws.

Assist in ensuring company policies align with labor laws and HR best practices.

Prepare compliance reports as required by internal audits or external regulators.
-
Ensure all employment and termination procedures follow proper legal protocols.
6. Performance Management
-
Coordinate with department heads for performance appraisal processes.
-
Maintain performance tracking documentation and support HR Manager in setting KRAs/KPIs.
-
Provide assistance in organizing training, workshops, or development programs.
