Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing
-
Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and selection criteria.

Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments as needed.
-
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials for new hires.
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
-
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees including orientation, documentation, and system setup.

Ensure new hires are introduced to company culture, policies, and teams.

Handle exit formalities for departing employees including clearance, documentation, and exit interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and files in the HR management system (HRMS).
3. HR Operations and Administration
-
Maintain and manage HR databases, records, and documentation such as attendance, leave balances, and employee details.

Generate reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.

Assist in the preparation of HR letters (experience, salary, appraisal, warnings, etc.).

Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
4. Employee Relations and Engagement
-
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, grievances, and procedures.

Promote employee welfare, engagement, and satisfaction through surveys, team-building activities, and internal communications.

Mediate conflicts and provide support in resolving workplace issues fairly and in line with company policies.
5. Performance Management
-
Support performance appraisal processes including scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and tracking goals.

Maintain performance-related records and assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.

Coordinate employee development programs, training sessions, and workshops.
6. Compliance and Policy Implementation
-
Ensure company HR policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures by all employees.

Participate in audits and ensure that HR documentation and procedures are in line with audit standards.
7. Benefits Administration
-
Assist in the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leaves.

Coordinate with benefit vendors and service providers.
-
Help employees understand their benefits and resolve related issues.
8. HR Software and System Management
-
Maintain and update data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

Generate reports and analytics for management decision-making.
-
Help train other team members or departments on system use where required.
