Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic HR Executive who can handle both HR operations and end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing to onboarding.
Handle HR operations: attendance, documentation, and employee records.
Coordinate employee engagement and HR communications.
Support performance management and policy implementation.
Requirements:
BBA/MBA in HR or related field.
1–3 years of HR & recruitment experience (preferably in engineering/design firms).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hiring for Tekla, Revit, or BIM roles is an advantage.
